How to Prepare for a Holistic Yoga Class?

When you attend a holistic yoga class, the instructor will guide you through a series of postures and breathing exercises designed to promote relaxation and well-being. It is important to arrive to class well-hydrated and be sure to eat lightly beforehand. If you have any injuries or health concerns, be sure to let the instructor know before class begins.

1. Dress comfortably in clothing that won't restrict your movement.

2. Bring a yoga mat and any other props you might need, such as a blanket or bolster.

3. arrive early so that you can settle in and get acclimated to the space.

4. Be open to the experience and don't expect perfection from yourself – everyone is on their own journey in yoga.
